Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-business-day return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For standard change-of-mind returns, a $14.95 USD return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages, defects or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, you will not be charged the $14.95 return shipping fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, personal care goods where applicable for hygiene reasons, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you received and, once your return is accepted, place a new order.

Order cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions permitted by applicable law.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-business-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. For standard returns, the applicable $14.95 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after we issue it.
